We may collect Log Data such as, your computer's IP address, browser type, the pages of our site that you may visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. We will collect and store your personal information should you choose to register with our site.

Why we collect personal information
We use your personal information including your name, address, email, phone number and credit card information to process and ship your order. Your information will be saved if you have a credit card on file or have created an account with Gem State Paper & Supply Company. If you create an account with us, you authorize Gem State Paper & Supply Company to use your email for promotions or newsletters with an option to opt out of receiving these emails at any time. Log Data is collected to help us optimize our site for a better shopping experience. Registering for our site authorizes Gem State Paper & Supply to create an account in our system which may save your personal information. By creating a charge account, you authorize Gem State Paper & Supply to pull a credit report for credit extension. We do not make personal information available to organizations not related to Gem State Paper & Supply Company. By retaining an account, you authorize Gem State Paper & Supply to send offers and information, end offers and information, introduce new products and services, enroll you in contests, programs, or offers you request, provide you with other services, create and manage your account, provide you with unsolicited offers and information about products and services, analyze the use of our products, services and sites, understand how you arrived at our site, determine the effectiveness of our advertising and enforce our Terms and Conditions and otherwise manage or protect our business.

Terms of Sale
We reserve the right to refuse service. Net due after invoiced delivery and no later than the 10th of the following month. Accounts past due are subject to a "hold" of merchandise or COD on order only. A finance charge of 18% will charged on any accounts past due, which is a monthly finance charge of 1 ½% per month. Returned checks are subject to a $100 charge. Small orders are subject to a small order fee with delivery on our regular scheduled trucks. Delivery on our regular scheduled trucks are made to business accounts with commercial addresses only, will not be left without a signature, and are prepaid unless otherwise arranged with approval from Gem State Paper & Supply. All F.O.B. (free on board or freight on board) orders set for shipment are subject for shipping and handling fees. Backorders will be delivered on the next regularly scheduled delivery after receipt of merchandise once stock has been replenished. All backorders may be canceled or substituted according to demand and availability of product, but not all backorders may be canceled and are subject to a cancelation fee upon authorization.

Returns
· No returns after 30 days
· Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and/or freight charges
· Proof of purchase required for returns and credits
· All returns are subject to approval
· No returns for Sale items, close outs, special orders, soiled, stained, or non-sellable items, opened foodservice items, and items not in the original packaging

All Shortages or damaged items must be called to our attention within 48 hours of delivery or receipt of merchandise.

Non-Stock Policy
Please allow 2-6 weeks for all Non-stock items.

Sales Tax
Tax certificate must be on file or sales tax will be charged. All items are subject for review of taxing according to all state and federal regulations.

Registration and Passwords
You may be required to register with Gem State Paper & Supply in order to access certain services or areas of the Site. Your use name and password are for your personal use only. If you register an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Use of Browser Cookies
We use cookies to help us deliver customized visitor experiences. We primarily use "cookies" to help us determine which information is appropriate to your computer and to maintain your shopping experience.
